About energy healing

Because energy is not bound by time or place, skilled practitioners can send healing to anyone, anywhere in the world. Consider energy to be like flicking a light switch; you know that once you activate it, light will come out the other end. This is also how energy transfer works. A healer can instantaneously convey this to the client by using the power of will and activating the energy. It works just as well as a hands-on session, with the added benefit of taking place in the comfort of your own home.

Before your session, it is always helpful if you can tell me why you believe you require healing. We will arrange to discuss the details and set up a time/date for the session; sending an image of yourself allows me to focus on you and detect any imbalances.

The only thing you must do for the session is accept the  healing and be open to receiving it. That's all. I will always recommend that you find a relaxing place to sit or lay down during our pre-arranged time slot in order to feel the energy transfer and get the most out of your healing sessions. However this is not important as the energy will flow regardless of if you are waiting for it or not. It will never fail to go to where it is needed the most.
