Courage can begin with something small: sharing an idea, joining a new activity, showing someone your work or expressing what matters to you. This personalised remote energy session focuses on one moment in which you would like to bring a little more trust in yourself.

You do not need to feel completely ready. Your intention can be as simple as taking part, speaking honestly or allowing yourself to try something unfamiliar.

A personal intention for courage

I draw on Reiki and intuitive chakra practices, using solar plexus and throat chakra themes as a spiritual framework for personal choice and expression. The session centres on the situation you share and the qualities you would like to bring to it.

We explore what courage means in your own words, which strengths you already recognise, and what a manageable first step could look like. The focus stays on actions and choices within your own control.

Your report and oracle reading

Your order includes one individual remote energy session, a personalised written report and a separate oracle reading connected with your intention. I also include a suggested personal affirmation, three reflection prompts and a small next step for you to adapt.

You can keep the report nearby and return to the parts that feel useful as you approach your chosen moment. There is room to move at your own pace.

After ordering, please send me your first name, order number and the situation or next step you would like to approach with more courage. Share only what feels comfortable. A photograph or date of birth is not required.

I carry out your session personally and remotely, with no call or fixed attendance time required. Your personalised report and separate oracle reading are sent to the email address used at checkout after your session.
