Grounding and a clearer sense of personal space

The focus is on grounding and symbolic energetic boundaries. I draw on Reiki and intuitive chakra practices, particularly the root, solar plexus and heart themes of steadiness, personal choice and compassionate connection.

We use the idea of an energetic boundary as a reflective way to consider where your attention goes and what you want to give it to. You might choose an intention such as making space to rest, expressing a preference, or allowing yourself to say no kindly.

Your report and oracle reading

Your order includes one individual remote session, a personalised written report and a separate oracle reading linked to your intention. The report also includes a grounding prompt and a suggested boundary statement that you can adapt into words that feel natural to you.

This is a space for exploring your own choices and responses. No other person needs to take part in the session.

How to personalise your session

If you have already shared your first name and intention with your order, there is no need to send them again. Otherwise, after ordering, please send me your first name, order number and a short description of the boundary or personal space you would like to focus on. You can keep names and private details about other people out of your message.

Your session takes place remotely with no call or fixed attendance time required. I send your written report and oracle reading to the email address used at checkout after the session. Contact me before ordering if you need to check availability for a particular date.
