The change from one week to the next can be a useful moment to pause. Sunday Reset is a personalised remote energy session for reflecting on what has filled your days, noticing what you want to carry forward and choosing a clear intention for the week ahead.

You might want to make more room for rest, return to a personal interest, simplify a busy routine or approach an ordinary task with a different focus.

A meaningful pause between weeks

I draw on Reiki, grounding and intuitive energy practices, with your chosen intention at the centre of the session. The weekly reset provides a simple structure: appreciate what mattered, notice what can be set down and choose what deserves your attention next.

Your intention can be modest and practical. A meaningful week does not need to begin with a long list of things to change.

Your report and oracle reading

Your order includes one individual remote energy session, a personalised written report and a separate oracle reading focused on your weekly intention. I also include three reflection prompts and a simple beginning of the week practice to revisit in your own time.

Each purchase is one session, which you can order on any day. Sunday is the inspiration for the reflective pause; you can use the report whenever a new week begins for you.

How your session works

After ordering, please send me your first name, order number and a short reflection on your recent week and one quality or priority you want to welcome. Share only what feels comfortable. A photograph or date of birth is not required.

I carry out your session personally and remotely, with no call or fixed attendance time required. Your personalised report and separate oracle reading are sent to the email address used at checkout after your session.
